2013 Windjammer 3006wk

Can anyone point me in the direction of the water filter in the Windjammer 3006wk? It's the new style with the extra door leading to the bathroom. Would the access happen to be the black piece located on the side of the bathtub? The technician during my PDI said it was under the bathroom sink. He was wrong. I can't find it anywhere!!!

They're typically installed very close to the water pump and the city water connection. The pump should be easy to find when it's running. You may have to remove a panel inside a cabinet to assess it.

I have a Windjammer 2809W. My bath is on the opposite side where your little hall wardrobe closet is. My filter is in the bathroom cabinet (with an extra hinge screwed in to keep the kids out).

Does your little hall wardrobe have a cabinet under it. That may either be electrical or plumbing (with filter). Without having your model, the next place I would have searched on mine would be in a difficult-to-access cabinet near the hot water heater, looking for the water pump.

In general, cabinets with extra hinges screwed in (where the close latch would be) to keep the kids out are great places to look for electrical or plumbing stuff.

Sorry, just guessing...

Here's what mine looks like (pic is sideways) in bath cabinet, there's water pump mounted on floor, filter on side of cabinet, back of outside shower on back wall, also on back wall city water input from outside, lots of stuff packed into small space...

Good luck in your search.

Thanks for the photo. My pantry is what shares the wall with all of my outside connections. The lower cabinet door is fake, but they used a square bit to screw the hinges in. Almost like they are trying to keep people out of it.

I'll have to check that out

That sounds like the most likeliest location. Just going to have to get a #2 Robertson screwdriver for those damn Canadian screws.

NHFire, you'll find they used those square bit screws a lot. Keep a bit for them handy.

I don't have pets/kids. I replaced the screw-it-shut hinge with a magnetic cabinet door catch. Did it for both electric and plumbing compartments for ease of access.
