Thanks all.

Just returned from 4-days at Hershey Park... Great time! Lots of chocolate! Hershey Park Campground is an awesome campground... Very clean and super friendly employees... And tons of kids.
We have not replaced ours...but a good idea!

Murphy bed is the only feature I couldn't live without. All the difference for our family. Good luck with your new camper.

Not a big deal, cause I greatly dislike terrestrial radio so don't plan on using it much... But not sure if there might be a wiring problem?
My 2014 2909SS cuts the radio out when I turn the lights on too! Well maybe not cuts out but interferes with the reception.

My 6yo daughter really struggles to close it... and both kids have now pinched their fingers in the hinge side because it's so hard to close when pulling it from the inside.
I honestly do not see the necessity of it... fully open, i don't believe it would block the awning or a compartment door?...
We have the same door and I was initially skeptical, but it's really convenient when carrying things, stays put in breezes, doesn't bang against the trailer side, and there's no fumbling with the retainer latch (used to drive me crazy on our old unit). I like it!

Now, after 18 nights camped, I completely agree.

I was doing an inspetion of my 2104 and noticed 2 issue with the slide out that we didnt see during the dealer walk through. When the slide is out you can see light in the front bottom corner. not a big issue it can be fixed woth spray foam. But when the slide is fully in you can see light from the top back seal. Im a bit concerned with that wone as it looks like in a heavy rain or while whasing the Rv it could leak inside. I have called the dealer and was told to bring it in and it could take 3 to 4 weeks to resolve if they need to replace the seal

Make sure you guys check the screws on the inside of the main door. We had on screw work itself all the way out and another was loose. I have them all tightened down now.

That is REALLY neat! Defiently an option to look at on my next rig! Oh and I love those trips where it's just you, the family, and crickets. When you have the park to yourself, you can find a better place to relax.

Thanks all.
Not in a Rockwood. But I have changed mine out. I have Dometic air and a Suburban furnace. Swapped it out for a Honeywell digital and programmable model. Works great to save propane in the fall and spring and keeps the interior just right in the summer. PM me if you have questions. I'm not expert but I stay at Holiday Inn Express last night.

I ordered a Coleman on Amazon. I have a Coleman A/C, so I figured I'd play it safe and buy the same. Should be here this week... I'll let you know how it went.

Sounds good. It should improve your comfort level quite a bit.

Just installed the new digital thermostat. All of about two minutes to change out. Exact match for the analog... All wires are colored the same... Reused the wire nuts... Even the screw holes in the camper wall lined up perfectly. All you need is a Phillips head and some electrical tape.

Got it from Amazon in about three days. Here's the link.

We have a 2011 2306 and they didn't have the murphy bed option at that time. I wish they did. I think that's better than the bed being in the way right when you come in the door. It's a great little trailer!!

I'm very happy with my Murphy Bed!! My camper has been all I could ask for. I can only give positive remarks for the Minilite and RV Wholesalers. This is everything we could ever need. I love the floor plan.

Just a quick update... Have the camper out this weekend, and now that we're hooked to 30amp service, I was able to double check the new thermostat. All is well.

Phil... I checked the screws in the door. Everything looks good there.

Oh... Got to the campground this weekend and found out my bumper cap came off... And my smaller sewer hose came out somewhere along my 3hr trip. Thankfully, my rhino stayed put. I order the stay-put caps from Amazon today.
