2015 Windjammer 3006wk

My wife and I just purchased a Rockwood Windjammer 3006wk. We are having it made and we are very excited. Does anyone know if there is a site to see where our camper is at in the build process?

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your new Windjammer 3006wk. Just a heads up - besides build time you also have delivery time to consider. This is a very busy time for the RV industry with lots of campers to get to dealers and not a lot of delivery drivers. Hope your wait time goes quickly.

I asked this same question about my Ultra Lite. Judging by the responses I got I don't think there is such a site. I think it would be a great idea though.

Don't believe so, you can contact your dealer and also Rockwood but neither provided very good information on ours during the build process. Ordered it last June and it was 7 weeks to arrival at the dealer.

For what it's worth, I ordered my Windjammer 3006WK last March 3, 2014 and took delivery in PA on May 24, 2014.

We LOVE this model and can't wait to get camping again this year!

We ordered a trailer in January and picked it up at our dealer 7 weeks later. I think the dealer had it a week before we picked it up. It was a Flagstaff 26rlws

Bought my 3006WK off the lot but love the quality and features.

I've added the following.

Steadyfast stabilizers
2 6v GC batteries from Batteries Plus
Powermax charger
Propride hitch
Bunk rail for top bunk (I made this)
I bought matching lock cylinders for all the doors and made the outdoor shower a thumb lock.

Only issue so far is that the electric brakes aren't very strong. I'm going to rewire them with 8 awg from the tongue to a terminal block and then to each wheel soldering everything as I go.

Watch the weight in the outdoor kitchen, it bows the counter. We do dishes in dish pans and dump them in the ODK sink or in the bushes. The ODK sink has a 37 gallon holding capacity.

Picking ours up on the 14th and can't wait. I'm sure just like others once we get it home we'll be making some mods...
