2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2511S/2511SB?

In RV Trader.com sales and Google searches I see the 2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2511 as both a 2511S and 2511SB.

Does anyone know what the SB means or the difference between the two?

Not sure but a guess would be it has a slide out and it's a model with bunks

Thanks. The floorplan of the 2019 Rockwood ML 2511S and 2511SB is same (one slide out for dinette and refrigerator and one slide out for wardrobe). There are no bunks in these models. Something differentiates the S from the SB but I can't find it.

I'd call one of the dealers advertising the SB and ask them what's the difference.

I found the same thing while shopping for our 2104s, on RVTrader it showed a 2104s and a 2104 which were both the same but labeled differently in the search options. So if there is no differentiation on the FR floorplan brochures, probably it is the same thing just a random letter tacked on there. Unless it signifies something on the list of options such as free standing table and chairs in lieu of a dinette or something like that. Check out the options available for that model and see if there might be something that explains it there.

2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2511S/2511SB?

Thank you rockfordroo and Happy Camper1962.

I sent a email to the FR Rockwood ML Sales rep. in Millersburg, Indiana. Probably the best source to clear up my 2511S/2511SB confusion. Will post back when I get his answer.

We have the 2511 SB. Not totally sure but believe FR changed the counter tops to solid surface along the way and added the B to these models but don't quite me on that.

Maybe it means Shower versus Bathtub?

Let's wait for his reply.

2511SB

Well, that is a very good question. We own the 2511SB and I have no idea what the B stands for. There are no bunks in this trailer. Not sure about the mid year change. Ours was built on 12-07-2017 and does have solid surface counters along with the front windshield. There are 3 options for the larger slide; dinette, loveseat/bed, or theater seating. Our trailer has the dinette setup. I will be interested to hear what the folks in Indiana have to say.

2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2511S/2511SB?

Confusion solved. Here is the correct answer from the FR Rockwood ML Sales rep. in Indiana:

<QUOTE> Thank you for your interest in Rockwood. I see how this could be confusing! The short answer is that there is nothing different between the two. The ‘B’ you are seeing listed by some dealers is a plant designation. Due to corporate policy, we had to use a designator for what plant the unit was built. That model is built in our Plant 10B (we are division 10 of Forest River and B was our second plant built). All of the invoices will show a B on them but most of our dealers realize that the B has nothing to do with the model number and listing it can just cause confusion. <END QUOTE>
