2104S Counter Measurement

I was wondering if someone with a 2104s could measure from the edge of the cooktop to the edge of the door. What I am wondering is how much counter space I would gain if I extended the counter to the door edge.

Thanks

We just ordered a 2104s. We're wondering the same thing. But if I can remember it looks like about 6 - 8 inches.

Thanks. I ordered mine a few weeks ago but haven't heard an estimated delivery date. Have you heard anything? What options did you get on yours?

We ordered ours on April 20th, too early for us to get a delivery date. We ordered the Murphy bed, Sapphire package and just about everything else excluding the cherry cabinetts, heated holding tanks and thermopane windows.

They ordered mine on the 10th. At least that is what the order form said that they emailed me. I ordered everything except the 15k AC, thermopane windows and cherry cabinets.

Itgoes, I measure 7 1/4 inches from edge of countertop to edge of door frame.

Thanks so much. That is usable space. Wonder why they didn't text end the counter top.

I'm guessing that with the Murphy bed down, it would really be a tight fit to get out the door.

Ahhhhh true. So a flip up table would probably be an ok option for day time use when the bed is stowed and the couch is in use.

Agreed. We also took out the factory dining table and put a light weight outdoor style table that can be easily moved around wherever we need it.

So you must not need the slide out area for a bed? I haven't even gotten mine yet but I also toyed with the idea of removing the furniture in the slide all together and putting two recliners in there.

Just the two of us, so not much need for the extra sleeping space. Two recliners would be nice, as the dinette seating is not that comfortable for very long. Hope you really enjoy your new trailer.

Well my dealer said that it will be here next Thursday. I have a campsite booked for Memorial Day weekend so it may be really tight.

If I remember right you ordered yours on April 10th, 6 week delivery. That's promising we orderd ours on April 20. The dealer said that we would definately have it by June 16 as we have a family camp out starting June 18th. We have bought before from this dealer so I have no reason not to beleive him unless a production halts for some reason.

Well I actually went to the dealer and put my deposit down March 30th but the order sheet they sent me to verify said April 10. I guess they were wanting to make sure the check was good. 😎 so I am going to say it was ordered the 10th.

Retireclose, they said it was scheduled to be at the dealer yesterday. I haven't heard anything yet. I had reservations for this weekend but they said I couldn't get it til next week since they were booked up today and closed tomorrow and Monday for Memorial Day. So kinda bummed about that. I'll let you know once I know for sure its at the dealer.
