2109 kitchen window weatherstripping

There is a gap between the ends of the outside weatherstripping. During a driving rain from that side a little water is noticed on the counter. Is this a common problem? Would there be another source for the leak?

water leak

We have a 2012, 2109s, and had a leak, that came from not enough sealant being put into the hole that was cut into the roof, where the television antenna was installed. The water came down the cable, and pooled in the cabinet over the stove, and traveled aft, to drip on the sink area. We dried up the mini flood, and when we arrived home, I went up on the roof, and noticed the improper installation of the sealant. I did not remove what was there, but applied a great glob more, and spread it around. That was 10-11 months ago. Been thru some "frog strangling" rain, and no more leak. Get some sealant into the hole you mentioned, and a few days later give it a rain storm with the hose.
