A lot of us mount it to the inside of the vanity door.
That way it stays dry.

I had a 2104S...my entire rear end was mirror image of yours. I mounted mine under the sink just over the cabinet door...not much other place to put it.

It's not an odd question; it comes up several times a year.
DW didn't know where she wanted it. We ended up with one of these TP Stands:
They come in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, and Bronze (and maybe Black).

Didn't use it on the 2109S.
I built a very lightweight towel rack out of 1.5" PVC pipe to fit behind the toilet--2 towel bars and a toilet paper holder. The two legs sat on the wood "box" behind the toilet and the tops of the uprights were connected to the ceiling using Command Strips (the hook and loop type). A PVC slip cap held the toilet paper roll on a short horizontal piece of pipe that connected to the rack with a PVC tee. The rack allowed us to use a pair of over-the-door clothes hooks for hanging dry clothes when showering and kept the wet towels away from the small floor footprint of the bathroom.
I bought some of the PVC fittings, but most of the pipe was left over from a lawn sprinkler project. I never took a photo of the rack and sold the trailer two years ago. But it worked great on our 3-month Alaska trip.

It is in the way wherever you put it, so we just leave the roll in the cabinet under the sink.

we have an over the door holder that we use when needed. it fits over door under the sink. When its not needed, we throw it in the cabinet

I put in a corner shelf assembly - basically a pole that wedges from floor to ceiling in the corner next to the toilet. It has triangular wire shelves and I have the toilet paper on the bottom shelf where it is easily accessible.

Toilet paper holder
I bought one of the con-cave holders and cut a hole in the vanity door and mounted it there. Sticks out a lot less and is out of the way.

I sat on the head and reached to the easiest reach and mounted it there. I have to put a very small bungee around it during travel learned it will unroll
