We have a 2013 Mini Lite 2109s and have been having problems with the connectors between the water lines and faucets. So far we've had 3 break. One on the toilet, one on the kitchen hot water faucet and one on the shower hot water faucet. I've attached a couple of pictures to show the problem I'm seeing. One is of a couple [ATTACH]7of the connectors I removed and the other is what I saw when I removed the shower faucets. I'm starting to wonder if they installed a bad batch of parts when it was built because it's too much of a coincidence that the same parts keep failing. Has anyone else run into a problem like this?
