2304S discontinued in 2016?

Currently we own a 2010 2304S we purchased new. Last summer we decided to get a new camper in 2016 and was excited to stay with the 2304S model.
Looks like 2015 was the last year for the 2304S. All we see now are the KS and DS.
It's just the two of us and we really like the dinette slide and Murphy bed. The ability to access the bathroom and refrigerator with the slide in is a plus.
Our dealer had a 2304KS at the RV show this year but we didn't care for the floor plan.

Anyone know if it is in fact discontinued or will it return with the dinette slide?

The 2304DS has the murphy bed and two slides and its still available ...at least here on the west coast

We just purchased a 2016 2304DS. We pick it up Thursday!! YIPPEEEE!
It has the murphy bed with kitchen and dinette slides.

Congrats! That Murphy bed affords a lot of room when folded up, but if you are a little older and not as limber as you used to be, it can be a chore getting into and out of the bed. There really is very little room on the sides of the bed.
Also, if they are still putting the large ottoman in them, it provides a lot of storage space, but being on castors can be an issue when traveling.

Wife and I loves the Rockwood Ultralite 2304DS. It's a perfect couples trailer. The two slides are great and gives you plenty of room in a 23ft TT. 25ft bumper to tongue of trailer.

You are correct, they introduced the DS (double slide) in mid 2015 and discontinued the single slide version, why? Who knows, but jayco has a model just like it, whitehawk, 20MRB I think , my in laws have one. We searched all over Ontario for the 2304S, and bought one of the only two available. We love the floor plan, did not like the double slide, especially the front one, takes away space from under the canopy, and the bathroom is half the size!, in my opinion, the added floor space is a waste and there is less counter space too. We love this floor plan and this has been an excellent trailer for us, we are a couple in our 50s, it gives us plenty of room.
