It might be best if you double checked the measurements in person. Hopefully you can locate a unit close to you to check out. The reason I say this is that it not uncommon to get various answers.
Also, you might have already checked but some cities, like mine, have restrictions on RVs being parked in the driveway. While my unit is under the weight limit and can be parked in the driveway it still needs to be back from the street 9 feet which includes the tongue frame.
