2503S waste water drain

We presently have a minilite 2109s and are thinking about moving up to a 2503s. Was wondering if anyone has had problems with the drain line busting off of the 2503s or any camper similar to this. It seems to sit pretty low to the ground. Was curious if anyone has had this problem before we make a move up to this camper.

Indeed it does. I should have been more detailed. I was really referring to where the location of it is. If you look at the 2503s it sits back away from the axle a couple more feet and appears to have alot more exposure.

We have a 2015 2504S that we hav used 5 times since we picked it up in October and have not had any problems with the drain or anything else. Great TT.

I too have the 2503s, and was wondering the same thing. I cant figure out why they placed it so close to the ground. Its only a matter of time before it gets ripped off, or you hit something on the interstate.... poor design I must say.

There's not much in the way of options for it between ducking below the frame rail and having slope for positive drainage on the long length needed from the grey tank.

Members in our camping club have one, and never had any issue with obstructions. However, a blowout of the left driver's side rear tire (another story altogether but it's having axles replaced) took out all of the piping and the valve. Luckily, they were on their way home from camping! They had, and I think wisely, re-plumbed using separate valves for the black and grey tanks and now they are tucked more tightly to the frame rail.
