2504S Bunk Ladder

Just pickup a 2017 2504S from the dealer yesterday. Huge upgrade from our 1984 Coachman Pop-Up Camper.

I have an 8 year old son that is going to use the top bunk so I pulled out the Bunk Ladder from under the bed and try to set it for him. The ladder looks like it is too short.

The ladder is a metal ladder and has rubber feet on the bottom and hocks on the top, if the ladder is on the floor it is too short and goes right under the top bunk. If you use the hocks the ladder hits the bottom cabinet and is leaning the wrong way making it very hard to use.

Has anyone else had this issue? Almost looks like it came with the wrong ladder.

I can try to add a pic tonight when I get home.

I have a 2016 2504s like yours. You have the wrong ladder. Mine is tall enough to hook over the top bunk and even have a small angle at the floor. If you want me to I would be happy to measure mine. Jay
