I got it from Forest River, Parts Depatment 2604 Rockwood UltraLite. Item # 10-D-4003T. That was on my packing slip. It was easy to install. The cutout was 20" wide by 11 " high. The key to instlling it is to find the center of the cutout. If you enlarge the photo of my pic with the blue tape you will see a very small black dot in the center of the blue tape. That is the 1/8" hole I drilled from the inside out. From that hole I measured 10" to the right and left of the hole and 5 1/2" up and down from the hole. With these marks I placed the the door on these marks and used a black china marker to draw around the flange that would slide in to the cutout. You can see my marks if you look closely at my pic with the blue tape. I then drilled a 5/16" hole just below the top line. I then took a jig saw and cut on the black line. After cutting it out I put Silicone 11 White Chauking around the edges on the door. I pushed the door into the cutout so the chauking would squeeze out of the edges. I then drilled and screwed the door with 6 #10 sheet metal screws. Then I took a plastic puddy knife and scrape the excess chauking off. Then I took a damp rag and cleaned the remaining chauk. That made it 100% leak proof. I hope this info helps anyone that wants to try this mod. Make sure that the 1/8" hole you drill from the inside out is in the center of the seat frame in the inside.
