I have a 2009 Rockwood 2607 Utra-lite. Has anyone had a problem with water getting in between the shower enclosure and the pan? I seal between the two, and after weight has been placed on the pan, it un- seals again. Water gets all over the bathroom floor. Any suggestions appreciated.

Put weight in pan then reseal while weight is in there.
Plug drain and fill to just under pan lip.
Let dry before draining.
Are you sure the water is leaking between the pan and side walls? The side walls are not sealed to the pan from the factory. What's been found in the leaks is that the Aluminun framing and plastic panels are not sealed 100% and are pron to leak at the door and where the framing is sealed to the wall. Mine was like this and had the DW run the shower while I checked outside the shower and noted exactly where the leaks were
