2703

Just purchased a 2703 ultra lite. Pick it up on Thursday. A little nervous that we have not seen ANY while traveling. Is this a good model? Anyone have any positive or negative issues with this model?
Thanks Melissa

Not sure why you would ask if it's a good model AFTER you already bought it, but you might want to do a search here, on that model, so you don't have to wait for responses.

I did research as best I could. Found a
Few favorable reviews but was second guessing myself since we have not seen ANY on the road. See plenty of the Rockwood ultra lites just not that model.

We have owned ours since April 2014. Went to Disney in Oct 2014. Lots of shorter trips. We are liking the opposing slides which really open up your living space. You will like all your counter space for preparing meals. The double closet works great for us as well. The trailer pulls really well behind our Ram Mega Cab 1500. I have not had any major issues so far.

Thank you that's good to hear. A key factor in the decision to purchase this model was the double slide at back end. Much more space for taking grandkids. Also the hanging closet space. We currently have the 2304 and very little room for clothes

Our trailer does not have any bunks for additional sleepers. Our choice was for 2 people doing most of the camping. We chose the free standing dinette table and 4 chairs so no bed there. The couch does open up and utilizes the air mattress which surprisingly sleeps pretty good in our opinion.

The Rockwood 2703WS is the same as the Flagstaff 27RLWS. You'll find lots of owners here on the forum.

Here's a thread for the Flagstaff model

We chose the 2015 2703 over the 27rlws because the wife liked the leather like sofa and darker fabric on the u shaped dinette. We have camped 61 nights and love it. The only complaints, wished I had taken scissor jacks instead of elec stabilizers and too many cabinets and drawers. DW loads the trailer and I can't find a thing. We did not get the air mattress in the sofa. My brother and his wife stayed over once and hated that mattress. I count that as a plus.
