2703WS Rockwood Travel Trailer??

We picked it up yesterday, there are wood putty marks on all the wood trim, I asked the person doing the walk through he said they don't know how to get it off? Does anyone else have this problem?

I haven't seen such a problem. If the putty marks are smooth and it's real wood putty, it should take a stain. You might match the stain and apply lightly with a rag.

Welcome to the forum!

Isn't the putty covering staples that they use to attach all the trim. I know that they love to use lots of staples...

That's what I found on ours. They don't just cover the staple hole, they seem to like to spread it around. It kind of dulls the nice finish of the rest of the trim. Tried pledge wipes and got rid of some of it. Maybe Scott's Gold next.
