3002w plumbing
Anyone know if you can access the shower plumbing on 3002w Windjammer, from under the trailer?

Which part of the shower plumbing are you trying to access? What are you planning in doing?

nomad297,
I have a leak behind the enclosure below the faucet, unfortunately it appears to be leaking from an area not accessible without removing the whole enclosure, that's why I'm asking if it can be accessed from underneath the trailer.
Thanks

Have you disconnected the faucet from the wall and looked inside of that hole yet? If not, you might get lucky and find the leak right there behind the faucet.

No, all the internal plumbing is above the floor. I thought mine was leaking at one point also, could see water running out on the floor. It turned out it was actually leaking where the shower walls met the floor. I re-caulked the whole thing including around the controls and the problem was solved. Can you see a leak when the shower isn't on?

Pulled the faucet out, not leaking from there as I had hoped. The leak is coming from under the enclosure, leaks more when using the shut-off valve on the shower head.

Assuming you pulled off the access panel at the bottom front of the enclosure? Maybe run the shower while you look under there for the leak with a flashlight? Did you turn on the faucet while you had it pulled out? I'm obviously completely guessing, but maybe the connection to the shower hose is loose coming out of the faucet? Maybe it needs some Teflon tape?

Yes, took off access panel, leak is coming from the back of enclosure, water runs along the floor against the right side wall. Turned on faucet while it was pulled, no leak at faucet.

If there's no leak at the faucet, I would think it would be leaking all the time if it's the plumbing, since there should be water pressure up to the faucet all the time. So if it's not the faucet, and it only leaks when showering, that would imply it's leaking from the shower stall somehow.

Caulked all the way around the shower stall, still leaks, unless it's leaking through one of those plastic pop rivets inside the stall, will check that.
Thanks.

When you tried running the water did you shut the flow off at the shower head. The tubing from the valves to the water outlet could have a small crack in it and not leak until you shut off water supply at the shower head.

Caper,
Shut off the flow at the shower head, leaks more when it's shut off.

Your problem is likely a broken or cracked pipe between the valve and the outlet for the shower hose. When the valves are turned off there would be no pressure to the line but when the water is on the line is pressurized. When you shut off the flow at the shower head you are causing pressure to build in the line causing the leak. I would pull the valve assemble out again and check for leaks at the cross over pipe.
