Smile 3008 Windjammer Interior

Picked up our 2012 3008 Windjammer this past May. Has anyone had any trouble with the interior trim. Our countertop and island face trim is pulling out (gaps in bends) and the bedroom ceiling trim popped and is hanging down. Seems to have some kind of nail in the aluminum frame in the ceiling. Also bad creak in bathroom floor near shower. Besides some small stuff we absolutely love this TT.

The counter edge moulding in our V-lite 30WRLS is not as tight as it should or could be and has been like that since new but that is about the only complaint beside haivng cracks in our dining table which was replaced under warranty. We do have a creak in the floor in the bathroom but never really worried about it.

We haven't had any issues with our 3008 interior. We had one cabinet door that had to be adjusted and the rivets on the stove cover had to be replaced. Did have a large bubble up on the V portion of the roof but warranty work at the dealer took care of that. We love our Windjammer.

Only thing I have had is the doors above the sofa have come loose. I just drilled the holes all the way thru and used flat head machine screws with fender washers with nylock nuts. Stopped that problem.

One of the doors had been left opened and with the jaring of going down the road it came loose, so I just did all of them over the sofa.

I have had a couple of screws wanting to back out of the trim on the V Nose. Just used some wood glue and screwed it back in. So far that has worked for it.

there has been a change mid 2012 model year, in the counter tops. they appear to be built with a thicker base material and the edge is the same material as the tops. our counter top edges are coming apart also and our island top warped so bad it pulled the screws. we are waiting for dealer/factory response after they review the pics. this and the very loud whistle noise the trailer makes while towing have been our only issues so far and we still love our 3008.
