4 tanks not 3

Well got home last night and went over everything for the trip this weekend and the water heater worked on electric & gas mode, ran the pump little noisey but worked great. When i purchased the trailer the guy said it had 3 tanks (1) fresh (1) gray (1) black. Well on my control panel there was one for galley i assume thats the kitchen atleast in the navy its was. So both the gray & galley were reading 1/3 full . So i figured i would dump the gray tank before the trip less weight. So were my black tank drain is i saw a tee were the gray tank came in , drained tank went back in checked level for gray tank it was on e cool , pushed the galley and it still read 1/3 . Well i found another drain port under the slide out , opened that up drained out water , so i guess i have 4 tanks not 3 . I just wonder how big of a tank it is? The book said 38 gallon for the gray but it did not even mention a galley tank.

Hmm so on mine when they say I have 108 gal they mean 2 54 gallon tanks. I wouldn't think you would have 2 14's but stranger things are a foot

Multiple tanks on a trailer are the usually same size. However to test your galley tank, take a 5 gallon bucket, fill it with water, and pour it down the drain, counting the buckets. Once the sensor reads full, you will have your answer.

The galley tank wasn't mentioned on mine either, but my dealer did mention it.

We had a 38 ft Montana 5th wheel and it had 4 tanks. And yes, the 4th was to the galley. It only held about 20 gal while the gray and black each held 45 gal. The fresh water was approx 55 gal. Enjoy your 5th wheel. We had three and a bunch of travel trailers in the past.

Most likely it's the same size as the other grey tank, as it is in mine. They have 2 grey tanks due to the distance between the kitchen drain and the bathroom shower and sink. Randy
