5th wheel hitch

For all you experienced experts out there and of course less experienced experts...who do you think makes the best 5th wheel hitch and why? When I purchased mine I knew nothing about hitches and the B&W turnover hitch with the 5th wheel companion was recommended but I have nothing to compare it to.

Reese/Drawtght Signature series
positive latching no guessing if it's secure, completely clean truck box when hitch is removed.

My fw has a sidewinder pin box, so couldn't use the Companion, but do use the B&W Patriot. Same head, just different mount.

We also have the Hensley Trailer Saver too. It's a great hitch and we don't get the jarring or pounding and actually can't even feel that 15,500 pound 5th wheel behind us. It's very much worth the cost. Like Danimal said, everything stays put.
