I was at the rally and even through I didn't have dents like that, they installed the sytrafoum fix to fill that void so I won't have a problem down the line. FR is very aware of the problem, But it seems more prominent in the dark diamond package. The repair worker told me that they thought it was a heat problem because of the darker color but remember he is only a line employee. But still filled my void and resealed the the cap. They did a nice job....

We bought ours from RV Direct. I have noticed the dent on the front cap. Let me know where near Weatherford you get it repaired and if you are happy with there work. We are in Cleburne. I'm trying to decide if I this will be a DIY or have a dealer give it a go. So far I have taken care of the few things that have surfaced. From the video it doesn't look like a hard fix.

Did you get to witness the fix? Was it really just stuffing in a few sheets of styrofoam?

Would love to know if rockport got any feedback yet from RVW. ALso if TheBennetts got to witness the fix at the rally, is the material they used really just styrofoam sheets.

I am still waiting on RV Wholesalers. They say they are waiting on response from Forest River. Not sure why the delay when it's a known problem in their design. Will update as things progress.

They stuff mine even I really didn't need it at the rally with the styrofoam sheets. just to make sure it wouldn't happen to my cap, but it is white and the dark color is which one it is happening to. Also I found out that they are plastic with a coat of gel coat per the factory. IT might be the dark color attracting more heat IMO.....
