8289 WS Storage compartment tv mount

Hello

On our new 8289 there is an arm that swings down inside the storage compartment. It is designed for the bedroom tv to be able to be brought outside and hooked up. I have another tv that in would like to be dedicated to the storage, and need a tv mounting plate to pair to the mount in the storage compartment. Any ideas where to find this?

Is this a TT or FW. The model number is a FW unit, but the picture in your profile shows a TT.

You may not want to store another TV on the mount unless you pad it well (LOTS of road vibration to boot)

If you decided to do so, maybe check with Rockwood Parts (POC contact list is in the Forum library) and ask if you can order a bracket that fits.

Well they must have staged the floor plan again on this model. I have the same model but a 2013. And the basement door on the entrance side is a small door....a tv wouldnt fit in. They must have changed it in 2017 and put the large door on that side instead.

If you could take a picture of the bracket on the back of the TV in the bedroom, I might be able to help you.

Yeah, they had a major design change in 2014.

I have the 8289 ws 2015 and I had my dealer parts department order me the back plate. I put that tv on bed when traveling. Its hard to get it on mount arm that hangs down so I just put on table outside of compartment and keep door closed.

Here it is. I installed a 15" w/DVD. When we travel I'll probably stow it in another compartment.
