8289ws repair problems

I had an accident on our new camper. I took it to the dealer to get it repaired. I scrapped one of those big yellow poles at a service station. They said no problem we have this happen time to time. The problem they have is with getting parts from manufacture. It has been there since 7-24-13. The parts were suppose to be there 9-25-13. We shall see, going to call again today. So beware, if you need any kind of work done be prepared to wait a long time. I am not a happy camper, no pun intended.

My parts arrived------------

If it is the trim and bottom metal part that rolls under the unit, I replaced mine myself. I ordered the parts with shipping was only 5 days by truck to
Florida.

I also got into a bad place in a gas station.

I think if it is hurting camping time and still usable, apply 100 mph tape (duct) and tell them to call you when they are ready. You paid for the unit to be in your driveway, not theirs.

Of course if it is structurally unsound, just gotta wait.
