Hi All, We are new to this forum, what a great information center, thank you all. We have had a 2605 for about 5 yrs and recently traded to a 2007 8314SS. We will pick it up the end of the month.
My question is has anyone had any maintenance items I should immediately address or deal with? I am a maintenance fanatic and do my own repairs. We cannot wait to get it.
If there's nothing obvious, I would check out the tires, wheel bearings and brakes and magnets. Those items I believe are many times neglected and a safety issue for sure. Of course, anything involving safety systems should be high priority.

Hi Bruce and Lynn,
I have been looking at a 2009 8314SS. It is a nice trailer, but one bad problem. It has a really bad soft spot in the bathroom floor. Even the salesman pointed it out to me. It would appear that the shower had leaked at some point and was never taken care of. I would check it out really good.
