8315BSS Roof Maintenance

Is it standard practice to reseal the roof every year? Soft Kitchen floor already also.

The Roof appears to be some kind of a plastic. Sealant used appears to be some kind of caulking that hardens in a year or so. I would have thought a silicone type would hold up better.

Hell,
You have a TPO roof, use murphy's oil soap ONLY to clean it. Where is your floor soft? Could be water infiltration.
