Most A/C people say that about 20 degrees is the norm for properly operating A/C units output temperature to be compared with the ambient temperature. So if that is true, then the numbers you show here are just about right on.
Not sure about you, but 65 degrees output temperature would be more than cold enought for me and if your unit is wringing water out of the outside air, then it's doing its job.
Try closing window shades, etc.
