Air Conditioning

Ok. This is really the first time I have gotten a chance to use the air conditioner. It is only 85 degrees out and I can't get the inside down to even 75. Does anyone else have air issues? This is a new trailer. My old one would freeze me out.

There is something wrong, it should be able to drop it by 10 degrees easily.

The Rockwoods are very poorly insulated, and it takes some time to cool them down. How long has you air conditioner been running?

A quick and easy check you can make is the TD or temperature differential test. Get a thermometer and measure the air temperature of the air coming out of the AC. Note the temperature. Now measure the temperature of the air going into the return side of the AC. There should be at least a 20 degree difference. If not, your AC is not working to capacity.

Your a/c may not be working properly. I'll have it checked.

Worked fine the rest of the weekend. Must have just needed time. I would have thought that a couple hours being on it would have cooled down, but it took longer.
