Well, I called Flair and spoke to a lady named Elaine. She was very helpful and nice. She did in fact confirm that the defective mattress has to be returned to them before a new one is sent out. She also confirmed that there were no claims made on the VIN of my Rockwood. She is sending me a warranty kit that has a bag with prepaid shipping to send back my defective mattress to them. Once they get my old one and inspect it they will send me a new one. I have no problem sending the old one back first and it wouldn't have been an issue had the dealer told me this 2 months ago instead of lying to me and giving me the runaround.
