Alignment of dometic 300 toilet

We have a 2506s mini light, the bathroom has a angled wall but they installed the toilet square to the outside wall. So there is no leg room to sit square on the toilet. It needs to be moved to a 45 degree. Has anyone done this yet. I may replace it with a 310 or 320 model. Click image for larger version

I can see your see problem from the picture, and the wording.

When you remove the toilet from the floor bolts, you’ll see how they are located in relation to the positioning of the plastic collar attached to the floor.

As you stated, you’d like to reposition the toilet parallel to the angled wall....45 degrees as you’ve mentioned. It doesn’t matter if you mount a 300, 310 or 320 model, they all attach by bolts in the same position. What matters......if you decide to go with the 320 elongated bowl, is there enough room behind the center of the throat of the waste tank pipe in the floor. The 300 and 310 have the same dimensions front to back, but the 320 needs more clearance room at the back of the bowl.

Measure twice......
Buy once.

I replaced my 300 with a 310 ... so I have seen how it attaches it will depend the angle of the collar attached to the floor ... on my camper I was able to turn the toilet to the angle I needed before I tightened it down ... it is simple to do

If you want to rotate the toilet a little and you find that there’s not slots in the closet flange that work just right for your closet bolt placement, buy a couple spanner flanges. Put your closet bolts in the flanges, then screw the spanner flanges right through the plastic closet flange and into the floor.

Here’s a link to a spanner flange on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/American-Valv...gateway&sr=8-6
