Congrats on the new purchase! I am awaiting my V-Lite 30WTBS. Same as yours without the outside kitchen. We needed all 4 bunks. I know you are excited for it and now the hardest part, waiting for it to be built. Have fun researching and reading all you can.

we also have a 2102w windjammer!!! What do you tow it with? We have a E150 ford van (basically a f150) with a v8 5.3L I believe. Tow capacity is 7200 which is our trailer max. We have towed it home from the dealer and parked in the yard. We spend alot of time out west (yellowstone, rocky mt, utah ect) We are concerned about up & down hill towing. Any info would be helpful!! It is nice to see a smaller jammer out there.!! Our 1st weekend is May 4th! Can't wait!!!!

We have also made a trip to Colorado (not with the TT) but driving 10 hours each way and did a lot of RV watching; never saw a Windjammer. Is the Windjammer a fairly new line by Rockwood? I know there are units out there because of the various posts on the forum.
You'll be seeing us on the road in May, heading from NY to Myrtle Beach, SC. Can't wait for our 1st trip this summer. A whole month! Yeh,

Okay, I now have seen a Windjammer on 65 S just north of Ozark, MO. We are headed home because of Easter tomorrow.

Had a great time, just to short. I recommend Table Rock State park and it's obvious that a lot of other people like it also by how busy it is.

Just returned from Lake Texoma. Stayed just outside Durant, OK. Most beautiful campsite we have ever had. Pictures to follow soon. Nearly 850 miles round trip and not one V-nose of any type. Did see one on the lot at a dealer in Carthage, MO on the way home. Had a plastic door latch to replace that the DW tried to use while trying to keep her balance while taking off her shoes.

Joining the V nose club

We pick up our new Windjammer 3001 this Thursday. Already had a cruise planned so we won't be going on our break-in trip until mid-May. Heading to Branson/Table Rock lake. So we will be looking for all of you other v-noser's out there on the road.

They're still rare enough that we get tons of compliments on ours from the neighbors. We don't mind the attention

Just spent 3 nights at Shenandoah River State Park in Bentonville, VA near Luray, before leaving this morning for our next destination. Park was full this weekend, not a V-nose in site. Just a few campers left in the park following Easter Sunday. We had just finished packing up late yesterday evening as a storm was heading our way. Went inside to prepare for dinner, when lo and behold, what did we see pulling in, another Windjammer! First time we've ever seen another Jammer on the road or in a campground! Agree with rhyno76, in that they are still rare enough that people often stop by and ask about ours too. There was a older lady and her grand daughter leaving on Sunday and just as her husband finished loading up, they walked up to our site, and we exchanged pleasantries. Next thing you know DW is giving them a tour of the inside lol. Usually happens once every other trip...

Last leg of our LV to Joplin trip. 1250 miles so far and no pointy nose TT. Learned that pantry shelves are not designed to hold a lot of canned goods. Going to have to mod those. High winds last night at John Martin State Park in Hasty, CO. Small limbs on the roof but no damage. In Goddard, KS, tonight. Have to leave early to stay ahead of severe tstorms & tornado warnings.
