That should do the trick, looks like a nice setup....leave a little feedback someday and let everyone know how it does.

Well, we took the first trip this past weekend with the dual cam installed...could not believe the difference! Never a hint of sway even next to semis. I felt much more in control. Not sure how, but it seems it even increased our gas mileage. I'm wondering if this is because I lowered the ball several inches? My dealer originally hooked it up but I don't think he accounted for the auto-leveling on the Armada so the trailer was tongue high.

I had real concerns about sway when we bought our Windjammer 3002 last year. This trailer is about 6 feet longer than our previous Terry TT. With the Terry and our friction sway control, the ride could be hair raising at best if there was anything other than a highway free of both wind and 18 wheelers.

When we bought the 3002W, a Reese Dual Cam with installation was negotiated into the deal. Driving the camper home with our Tundra I thought 'this simply cannot be true.' Yet, time and again I have pulled this trailer in inclement weather on busy highways and it has been like a dream.

We are on our first trip for the season. Ventured from Saint Joseph, MO to Table Rock State Park South of Branson, MO. Three hundred miles with a side trip to Camping World and not a single v-nose anywhere.

Lots of people out camping considering it's the first of April.

Glad to see you're out on the road Mike! We leave tomorrow for Lake Texoma. Maybe we'll see one along the route. I know I'll see one in Mid-April down at Table Rock State Park because I'm gong to try to hook up with Rebel. Enjoy your trip

Mike, how did you like the campground? We have reservation in CG2 for April 17-22. Was the fishing any good?

Jim

We are in 261 in campground 2. My daughter, son-in-law, and grandson are in 262. Campground is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in so far. They have more shade than us, but that is not a problem for this time of year. Campground is close to half full. Can not believe that it is this nice for the first week of April.

I doubt that we are going to get any fishing this trip in. Marina is close along with boat ramps.

Have been at the Living Forest CG in Nanaimo BC. There were 2 v nose trailers here over the winter.

We're headed up to Poplar Point CG on Jordan Lake in the Raleigh-Durham area over the holiday weekend. It's been four months since we camped, so really looking forward to it.

Anybody else going to be at Poplar Point this weekend?

I just ordered a Windjammer 3006WK yesterday. Estimated build time is 6-8 weeks. We had a Grey Wolf 28BH before and really like the layout of the 3006WK (same as the Flagstaff 30WTBSK).

I live just north of St Joseph,MO in Savannah. I am sure that we'll cross paths with mike2tall or oldcar sometime at one of the state parks sometime.

On a side note, I ordered from Liberty RV. Those folks are the best. They beat every price that I could find online including the "wholesalers" by about $2,500 and that included a new Equalizer 4pt hitch! No hassles, additional fees, or sideways talk. I highly recommend them.
