I did not roll it up. I used the one for houses and siding, but after looking at the different types it's all basically the same stuff.

Thanks for the responses. I use the bleach/water and roll it up method. When I unroll I use a car wash type brush to scrub and then rinse and let dry. The awning is very clean in appearance. We are camping right now and I have had the awning out for several hours and am getting drips out of the tube itself. I bet water has accumulated there and is very stale. Hopefully with the tilt I have on it and several days of fresh Tennessee mountain air, it will improve. And the awning does roll up the right way.
