bad electric jack design

I have a 2016 3029W rockwood and the electric jacks are coming apart when I stabilize my camper. so basically there is no support and camper moves a lot, cause the bracing is weak. anyone else have this problem or a fix

Your Windjammer is likely still under warranty and that should be your first remedy if the stabilizers are falling apart. Have you pursued that?

Can you post a picture? I have the same trailer, so I am interested.
