The 4" square bumper, if you want to call it a bumper, is there only to store the sewer drain hose. That's it. It won't support much weight for any length of time. But, the manufacturer does think it's enough to support a spare tire holder, with tire and cover.

I wouldn't store my drain hose there anyway. The movement of the hose, while towing, wears out the hose coating. Then once that's worn, the spring(slinky) starts to rust.

Take a good look at the bumper attaching point. You'll see there isn't much of a weld pass.

If you insist on mounting a bike rack to the rear of your trailer and want it to stay, have a welder run a few good passes at the frame/bumper fit. Or, receive hitch installed, attached to the "I" beam frame.

I have a Curt bolt-on receiver on my bumper for a 4-bike rack. Bumper seems fine, but my bike rack broke. One of the arms that supports (2) of the (4) bikes let loose. I always tie a ratchet strap on just in case....good thing because when I got home that was what was holding the bikes. After some research, there only a few racks designed for the back of a camper. Etrailer has a nice website and specs out bike racks designed for camper use. They indicate these are a bit more stout that can take the bouncing of the back of an RV. I selected the Swagman 64400 as a replacement.
