Good luck Jay- especially with Camping World. Wouldn't surprise me a bit for them to find some way not to repair it under warranty.

This is our method too. The black tank flush doesn't have the power or the reach to get everything. Had bad lingering smells after every use. Now we are back to the wand and haven't looked back. No smells or chunks of stuff left. We also always clean the tank after every trip.

For ease of use of the wand I installed a short hose and wand under the sink so i didn't have to hook up and bring in a hose from outside each time..... much easier.
