Black Water Flush Issue.

Hi All,
Just returned from a weekend get away and found a problem with my sewer flush line.....leaking again. I am glad that found it before it cause a lot of problems. The fittings are tight, but the vacum breaker or line vent, sorry not sure what the technically correct term us, leaks. It's the L shape valve with water supply entering the bottom and pushing open the valve to flush the tank. There are vents at the top. Water leaks out the vents. I pulled it and cleaned it, but it still leaks. I think it prevents back wash. Anyone have a problem like this? Any solutions or modifications to make it better? Thanks,

The same thing on my new trailer. The dealer should have them in stock, and yes a very easy replacement.

Is there anyway you can take a pic? Would like to check mine out as well since we both have the 2011 model.

All,
Sorry for the delay in getting the picture of the vent valve posted. Work..... Anyway, this is the valve that weeped. The dealer is conveniced that it's from the lack of water pressure. Later,
