Blinds

Just traded my 2006 189 FD Fun Finder for a 2016 Rockwood 2304 Mini Lite.
Can't believe I didn't see conflict of the frame less window knob and blinds behind the sink and in bath. The blind hangs on window top mounting screws with each operation on the sink window with knob sticking through blinds causing trouble and the knob cannot be turned on the bath window because bottom of blind sets on it.

Am I the only one with this problem? Haven't called dealer or Forest River yet.
Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

No - you are not alone.... I've found that I just leave that blind in the down position most of the time. I'll rotate the blades during the day, but I don't usually raise whole blind.

I did notice that on the kitchen window, but hadn't on the bath

Yes, I've noticed it also. I just leave the blinds a bit higher than the
knob(s).

Is it a stupid design. YES. But I would not hold my breath in getting it fixed by FR.

I fixed top of blinds today. Added 1/2 inch spacer behind the blind mounting bracket and replaced mounting screws with 1/2 inch longer than original. Now I can open and close blinds with rod without hanging on window screws. Still working on window knob conflict at bottom.
