Broke the new TT in

I picked my brand new 8313SS up on Thursday and pulled it home (6 hours). Loaded up everything I thought my family of three needed and headed up to the Sacramento mountains for the weekend. Absolutely no problems with the trip up or back. The TT functioned flawlessly, I have no complaints, with the TT or towing issues. Now as for my packing everything we NEEDED, that's another story. I definately need to gain some experience in that department.

And by the way I checked the tank heaters prior to taking delivery and just like I read on this forum, 2 of the 3 heaters remained on when the switch was off. The dealer was not aware of the problem but fixed it while I completed the paperwork.

Just thought I would share my experience with the new TT.

A good first outing! Thats what I like to hear. And don't give yourself grief over missing a few things packing... that happens to everybody.

Congratulations on the first trip out. Forgetting a few things is part of the learning curve so don't worry about it. Next thing you know you will have a trailer full of stuff you never use and will have to start taking it out.
