I'm going thru the same problem. My kitchen window broke and no one local wants to touch it. I contacted kihnro (looks the same as what the OP has) and they were able to get it out to me $80 cheaper than my dealership. Install looks pretty straight forward so I'll try it myself. You can find the info for kihnro on the forest river website, it's a lot easier than finding a phone number for forest river.

the first price I got was from Pelland Enterprises. That price was like $980 plus shipping. Over twice what the dealer wants. She is still looking to get me a better price. I guess we’ll see.

That's a brutal price. Mine is a crank out frameless 16in x 32in I think. Dealer quoted me $399, got it from kihnro for $319. Still not happy about the price, but I don't feel like looking at my repair job while there is still plenty of camping left so I ordered ASAP .

Ah, I wonder if that's the cause of the broken window we saw on a Open Range this weekend. Wow...good luck.

I think the shipping was $40 to a residential address. I'm still waiting for it to come in, but that's what I was quoted.

Glass is tinted. It was being shipped from right out side of forest rivers assembly area in Goshen Ind to Cape May, NJ.

what info did they require to get you the right window?
I have the old window and frame out Pelland wanted the tag, then the wall thickness. Of course meant I had to completely remove it all

There is a number on the inside of the frame that comes from the outside in. It's located on a white label with black text. The other part of the assembly that is mounted on the inside has numbers as well but you will not need them. In order to keep anyone out while it is waiting for parts I sealed the window with thick plastic wrap for weather and made a sort of clamp with ply wood on the exterior, mounted to a 2x4 on the inside by 5 inch long carriage bolts. Place the carriage bolts all the way at the edges so that someone can not slide it loose.
