Campgroup Amp service 30 or 50? with minilite 2306

We have a minilite 2306 on order. It is our first camper so we are pretty clueless. I am in the process of making campground reservations for this summer and don't know if I should be picking a 30 amp site or 50 amp site. Does anyone know which this TT needs?

Beth, that's the purpose of these forums, to help one another. Just read up and ask questions and you'll lose that clueless moniker.

Here is a fairly easy article to begin with, that will help you learn about 30 amp service.

and more easy to understand reading:

I've just ordered a chicken and an egg from Amazon.... I will keep you posted.

You will want 30 amp. you can get 50 amp but as posted already you will need a 50-30 amp adapter. some sites have both 30 and 50 amp service.

Adapters are your friend get adapters that will plug you into all 3 outlets just remember if your plugged into a regular 110 house style plug don't run the ac or microwaves with anything else on (DAMHIK) congrats and have fun

Congrats on the mini lite 2306. We have the sister micro lite 23lb. As mentioned fire away with questions. We were all in your shoes at some point.

Congrats on the new trailer. We had a Flagstaff 23lb for 2 years that was a great trailer. We just traded it in for something with a little more room, but never had any problems with it.
