Caulking help for roof --- sky light

Hi All,
We are out on a camping trip and I found a few cracks in the caulking on the roof around the Sky Light. No RV place close by either. Would like to fix while I am at the RV Park. There is a Lowes and Walmart close by. What should I get to fill in the cracks? I have the rubber roof. Thanks......

For a temporary repair, use Homax 1-5/8"W x 132"L Strip White Caulk from Lowe's.

When you get the trailer home, purchase Eternabond to make a permanent repair.

There is marine caulking that can be applied under water that I found one time while in a pouring rain storm. I had to stop the leaking, was up in the rain recaulking a motorhome I was bringing back from AZ that had never seen rain.

Milzat's idea is probably easier though.

THANK YOU. Luckily, we are having great weather. I picked up the Homecoming thus morning. One question..... Do I use the homex In the cracks on the roof then remove when I get home?

All,
Took the plunge and made the temp repair because some weather is coming in. Cut the Homex to cover cracks and worked it into the existing caulking. I will replace/repair when I get home. No leaks to date, so I am confident that I am in the prevent mode. Thanks for the help.

All,
Made it through the weekend without rain. That was a good thing. Homex worked just fine. No peeling, so I am confident it would have held in a storm. Call dealer yesterday to explain issue. His first response was it's not a warranty issue until I explained to him the outer shell to the skylight was bubbling which caused the cracks in the caulking. I plan to take it in and let them fix it because it is still to new to have these issues. So far, I am very happy with the 2011 2604 even with the minor issues. Can't wait until next weekend...we are heading back out. Later,
