Ceiling damage

I have a 2005 Rockwood 2701SS. The ceiling has bubbles and ripples in different places along the left side of the trailer. It looks like the original leak may have been around the bathroom skylight.
Any idea if the panels can be replaced and how much it might cost.
Also, i noticed some bulges on the roof. I believe that is caused by the plywood getting wet and swelling. Can this become a major problem?

It's already likely a major problem ! Had the same symptoms (bubbling , etc) on our 2007 Rockwood 2601SS. Long story, short. Trailer had to go back to factory under warranty for a complete new roof and left side panel. In our case, leak was at the front of the trailer on the left side and first indication of problem was moisture between bathroom skylite panels. Bubbles etc, developed later.
