Change 2306 dinette table

The dinette table in the 2306 has the post on the entry end of the dinette.
My husband has long legs and trouble getting past that post. Also it makes it almost impossible to sweep out regularly under the table etc. Wanted to see another type of free standing table perhaps with a center pedestal (not sure if that will work if you lean down on one end etc.) Has anyone changed out tables on their 2306 or similar RV? thanks
