Considering 8281ws

Hello guys! I'm new to the frorum and my wife and I are looking at an 8281ws. I have several questions about this model. Does the black water flush flush both black tanks? There are three waste water dumps. Does anyone know the size of the individual tanks? Is the vent in the master bedroom wired for A/C? Anyone have problems with the tires? I noticed they are load range C from china. Can you access the bathroom with the slide closed? I would appreciate anyone with this model or the 8281ss chime in with any comments....pros or cons. Thanks!!

I have the 8281SS, so the only difference is I do not have the wardrobe slide.

There is three dump valves for 43gal Gray Tank, 4gal Black, 43gal Galley, 43gal back bathroom. Only the front black has flush.

I've camped in mine over 34 days so far this year and I love it. I just towed it yesterday back to the house to do some customization items.

You can access the bathroom with the back slide closed, but its a very tight squeeze. If you have the living room slide closed, you cannot open the back door though.

The front vent is not wired for ac, but there are vents in the overhead from the main ac unit.

I have not had any issues with the tires.

I didn't have any issues with the tires, but didn't like the fact that the 'C' rated tires didn't have much spare load capacity. I bought 'D' rated Maxxis tires shortly after we brought our camper home, and considered it cheap insurance against a blowout and the massive damage that can cause. But I still added tire pressure monitors for extra safety.
