Geridave, I feel your pain. My saga continues. I believe my trailer was in an accident on the way back from the factory. There were a few trim pieces that I had them replace before I took her home. And now I am finding scrapes and dents all the way down the side that was replaced. You would not think that it would be too hard to return a trailer in the same shape it left in or better. I am in talks with my dealer about it now.

Mine goes back for the dreaded repair the end of
February. Has anyone had a problem with additional cracks after the first repair? Just wondering if the fix is really "the fix".

Ours was repaired in August and had a few trips after getting it back. No other cracks when we put it under cover for the winter.

Still going back an forth on who is covering the damage that happened on the way back from side replacement. The dealer is trying to get the transportation company to admit fault. But they are pretty sure they will deni it. They are writing up an estimate for repairs. The only thing I think I can get the dealer for is their poor practice of not taking pictures before it leaves and when it comes back. I have picture I took time and date stamped the morning I dropped it off. We shall see. Just very frustrated! Here are a few pics of scrapes and damage. I'll have more in a week or so. May have to try the Good Sam helpline. Not sure FR or the dealer want to get their name blasted in print. Hope everyone else's repairs go better. Its also kinda weird FR is covering the hole by the door catch. Only because it was supposed to have been on the right side of the catch not the left where it is missing because of accident. Funny they did not ask about why it was missing. Idiots...

Good things coming I hope. Just got off the phone with my Dealership. Forrest River said they are going to cover all repairs. Apparently it was one of their drivers that delivered the trailer. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Dropped the trailer off yesterday at the dealer for all of the repairs to the damage caused by the delivery driver. I will see how it looks in a few weeks. At least FR is covering everything.

So I got my trailer back about a month ago. It was at the dealer for about 2 weeks. FR fixed everything. I am very happy with them and my dealership. The trailer looks brand new. The only thing I am still having problems with is the bedroom speakers work intermittently. FR has replaced the radio 3 times now but they get it working at the shop then I take it home and it won't work. I am pretty sure its in the wiring to the speakers. I brought it to the attention of my dealership. They called FR and they said the would warranty the trouble shooting of it. Just a bummer I have not been able to use is since it went in for the first repairs back in August of last year. Just need to get it back there one more time and I will be a happy camper for sure. I can't say enough good about Napa RV and FR. Now to figure out how to carry my 5 dirt bikes with me.
