I have my Rockwood in a service department (if you want to call it that) in Texas City, Texas. I am having an issue with one of the sliding doors. I have had this problem with this same door since we purchased it. It has supposedly been fixed twice already at this same dealership. It hasn't. Now, they don't want to repair it because it's out of factory warranty and our Good Sam extended warranty won't cover the cost.
So, if anyone has any direction or phone number for me - I would be very grateful.
