Cut wire 2604SS

2010 2604SS, I unscrewed the 2 cupboards below the TV just to see what was in there. I found about a 16 gauge black wire coming from underneath the trailer & it had been cut. It wasn't cut in half, there was no top half. Any idea what that might be?

I have a 2010 2604SS. I opened that compartment and I do not have the black wire. I beilive on some 2604SS that was for a 12 VDC outlet. I think I read that on this forum somewhere.

Amish wiring!!!!!
Black is a hot 12 volt wire. If it isn't hot when all the switches are on, I'd just leave it alone. Probably just a construction glitch. It's possible, if it is hot, to add some lighting or something.
