Deep gouge on side of trailer

Today at our Resort while moving or Windjammer they hit a post with the trailer and gouged the decal on the side of the trailer into the Finish. Has anyone had any experience on what it will take to repair the Finish on our Windjammer?

I think you should be posing this question to those who damaged it. How are THEY going to fix it?

Don't know yet they're checking into what the procedure should be. Somehow I feel like I'm going to come out on the wrong end of the deal

That sucks. How long is it? Can't tell since the photo is a close up....
Might just take the money and run! A new decal would cover it I guess if
you really wanted one.
Is it on the door side or the "other side"?
Door side is in your face every time you walk by.
The other side is sort of out of sight out of mind.

Everybody gets their first scratch eventually....

That doesn't look bad at all. Doesn't appear to be through the skin. After the scratches are smoothed out and a new sticker you'll never be able to tell.

Yes we had the trailer in storage at our Resort and they move it and put it on site. And of course it's on the door side so everytime we go in the door will see
