Difference between 8265SS and 8265S ?

I have a 2008 8265SS while some have the 8265S. Is the a difference between these 2 5th wheels?

I'm no expert (and I had to ask on mine), but I found out that DS means Double Slide (we have a 2860DS). I would assume both incarnations stands for Single Slide.

Unless it's a Super Sport with a corvette engine...

The first thing that came to mind was "Super Slide", possibly having to do with the depth of the slides.

Just guessing, and waiting for a definitive answer, if there is one.

Typically the SS does stand for super slide which means that the slide is most if one side of the unit.

Mine 2865SS actually is not a super slide or single slide-I have a 28' with 2 opposing slides-dinette on one side and coach on the other- The 2865SS and 2865S are set up the same as far as slides are concerned.
