Do appliance warranties transfer to new owners?

I've read that the overall FR warranty would not transfer to a 2nd owner, but do the individual appliance warranties (like for the refrigerator) transfer to a new owner of a used RV?

They transferred for me when I bought a used SOB trailer from a dealership. My shakedown trip revealed a bad circuit board in the Dometic air conditioner. Dealership contacted Dometic who sent a new board which the dealership installed with no charge to me.
